Return and exchange policy

Unzo offers you a pleasant and flexible shopping experience through its convenient return and exchange policy for its customers.

  • Please note that the return process takes up to 14 working days.

 

  • Unzo allows you to open and inspect the shipment with the representative, and if the order is rejected, you can return it with the representative without incurring any shipping costs, but if you encounter a problem after receiving the order and want to return or exchange your order, please follow our return policy.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition and must not remove its brand and price and keep the box if the shoes are returned, and the invoice and receipt must also be kept, otherwise we will not be able to complete the return/exchange process.

 

  • As Unzo customer, you are entitled to return the product you purchased within 7 days from the date of receipt and refund the amount through the same applicable payment method.
  •  The Exchange process is free of charge in the event of any errors in the application or non-compliance with specifications.

 

  • In the Case of a desire to replace the product with another product, the customer bears the shipping cost
  • If we cannot reach you by phone or SMS, the return/exchange request will be canceled 3 days after the first attempt.
  • Please note that if you want to return an item that was purchased inside a package, the package must be returned in its entirety and reordered again.

How to make exchange or refund request:

- you can create a request through our chat system in our online store ( Don`t wait a replay we will contact you through your phone number )

- or contact us on one of our social media pages to make a replacement request

3- Your new order will be sent with the shipping representative and the old order will be received within 72 working hours without any shipping costs  

4- Please make a replacement request using only one method from the above in order to avoid making more than one request at one time

 

Non-returnable products:

According to our return and exchange policy, the following products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons to ensure safety for hoodoo.com customers:

• Products that have been ironed or washed, as well as products that have been damaged and not in their original condition.

• Non-returnable items fall into the following categories: lingerie, lingerie, beachwear, hats, caps and scarves, watches, jewelry, sunglasses, accessories and hosiery.

• Outlet products and offer period are returned only in case of manufacturing defects
